Apple continues its campaign of white, glossy, profit-slurping world domination, posting new company records in quarterly revenue and sales. During the final three months of 2009 the company made $15.68 billion in revenue and $3.38 billion in profit, as compared with $11.88 billion in revenue and $2.26 billion in profit during the same period in 2008 psp games.
The same three-month stretch also saw record-breaking sales in Macs: 3.36 billion units, up 33 percent from 2008; and iPhones: 8.7 billion units, up 100 percent from 2008.
But Apple isn’t counting their eggs just yet. Steve Jobs is already looking ahead to the rest of 2010, saying, “The new products we are planning to release this year are very strong, starting this week with a major new product that we’re really excited about.”
Said “major new product” a tablet device? Find out later this week as we report live from Apple’s special event on January 27.
